Welcome to our shipping world! At Hope Aromas Fragrance, we are committed to delivering your favorite eco-friendly soy candles, diffusers, and perfume sprays to your doorstep in a timely manner. We ensure that our packaging is secure and our shipping costs are transparent, so you can shop with confidence.
FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE on all orders over $100
A flat rate shipping fee of $12 will be added to all orders under $100
We do not ship outside of Australia.
How long does an order take to arrive ?
Please allow 3- 5 days for your order to be dispatched unless the collection is stated as READY TO SHIP.
we like to ensure your candle is freshly made to order. It can take a few days for a candle to reach its maximum scent throw and we want to ensure your hope aromas candle is ready to go.
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification so that you can track your order.
What if my items arrive broken?
Every care is taken when packaging your order for delivery.
If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will provide you with a replacement.
Please send us a photo of the damaged goods along with your order number within 48 hours of receiving them.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our passion is to bring joy to your space with our aromatic products.
We unfortunately don't accept returns for change of mind.
In the event that the items arrive damaged , Please email us as soon as possible at bec@hopearomas.com.au with your order number and a photo of the items condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us bec@hopearomas.com.au with your order number and a photo of the items condition.
We will address the concern and if it has been a damage in transit, we will provide a solution such as a replacement or credit.
Refunds
We do not accept Refunds, however as stated above if your item/s arrive damaged contact us asap for a replacement.
